HTC One X, One V And One S Android 4.0 Smartphones Introduced At MWC 2012

Last night, during one of the first press conferences atMobile World Congress 2012, HTC launch their new smartphone line-up, dubbed One. Three brand newterminals have joined the new line-up of the Taiwan-based company, one for each price and performance class, and a variation of the flagship model, designed exclusively for AT&T.
HTC One Family

The new flagship of the Asian company is HTC One X, known so far as Edge or Endeavour. Based on an quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, clocked at 1.5GHz, HTC One X offers a high 4.7-inch Super IPS display, with 720p resolution, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of internal flash storage (only 26GB available), but without a microSD slot, Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, 2G/3G quad-band modem and all the sensors worthy of a high-end smartphone. Unfortunately, the ICS pressure sensor was not included.

The terminal features an 8MP camera with 22mm lens, BSI sensor, f/2.0 diaphragm and LED flash. The new camera is ready to take a picture in 0.7 seconds, continuous snapshot taking at 5 frames per seconds and a dual mode that allows you to take pictures while recording videos. As you probably guessed, the 8MP camera of the HTC One X comes with full HD 1080p video capture support. The new HTC device also features a front-facing VGA camera with HD video recording capabilities.
HTC One X has a policarbonate body that measures 134.4 x 69.9 x 9.3 mm, weighs in 130 grams and hosts an 1,800mAh battery. The AT&T version of HTC One X, HTC One XL will have a dual-core Qualcomm processor and integrates an LTE chip.
HTC One S is the second member of the One family, a terminal based on a dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm MSM8260A solution that should not be mistaken with the old MSM8260, as it’s a member of the S4 tribe, similar to the famous MSM8960: dual-core Krait core and Adreno 225 GPU.
One S, codenamed Ville, sports a 4.3-inch qHD display, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage (unfortunately it lacks a microSD card slot), quad-band 2G mode and triple-band 3G, an 8MP camera on the back, similar to the one mounted on the One X model and an aluminium unibody case covered by a ceramic film.
This is the thinnest smartphone ever manufactured by HTC, with a waist of only 7.9mm. HTC One S measures 130.9 x 65 x 7.9 mm, weighs in 119.5g and has a 1,650mAh battery.
The last member of the One line-up is HTC One V, a terminal powered by a single-core 1GHz Snapdragon S2 chipset. HTC One V sports a 3.7-inch WVGA display, 512MB of RAM, internal storage of 4GB with microSD card slot, a 5MB primary camera with 720p video recording support. The low-end device of the One line-up doesn’t come with a frontal camera and it doesn’t feature the MHL connector for the video out.
The design is a reminiscent of the Legend model introduced in 2010 and measures 120.3 x 59.7 x 9.2 mm, weighs in 115g and includes a 1,500mAh.
All the terminals of the One family are running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with the proprietary HTC Sense 4.0 UI and offer Beats audio technology, Dropbox and HTC Wireless Media Link hD for HD streaming integration.
